ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will be an important part of the work to protect the financial system from money laundering and the financing of terrorism. You will work on analyzing and assessing customer cases with accuracy and integrity, where your mission is to ensure that the business complies with regulations and maintains high ethical standards.

The work involves independently collecting, reviewing, and evaluating information related to private customers. With the help of available data, you make qualified assessments, draw conclusions, and formulate clear and well-founded decision-making materials. You will have a central role where your analytical ability and judgment truly make a difference.

You need to be able to work efficiently and methodically, even when the cases are complex, while ensuring that quality is always high. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Conduct enhanced customer due diligence measures in relation to the customer's risks
  • Periodic follow-up of private customers in different risk classes
  • Work with risk assessments
  • Write decision-making materials

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed upper secondary education, preferably in economics or law
  • Has previous experience in a service profession, such as customer service/reception/administration or similar
  • Can speak fluent Swedish both orally and in writing, as the position requires this due to daily communication with internal and external parties
  • Has good knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Has good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience working in the banking sector or with KYC/AML work
  • Live/have ties to Piteå
